How big is the foot print/size of the unit?
The size varies based on the unit. The PPP is 60% smaller footprint than a similar baghouse, and 25% smaller footprint than a similar cartridge unit.
What kind of filter media do you use?
AAF's proprietary nanofiber media multiple media options are available: Nanofiber Flame Retardant, 100% Synthetic, and High Temp media.
Can you clean the filters?
The filters are not washable, however, there is a pulsing mechanism that pulses off dust from the filter and that dust falls into the bin below extending the life of the filter.
How are the filters installed/removed?
There is an easy-access door on each unit to replace the filters. The filters easily slide in and out.
Does it come with a fan and/or control?
The fan and controls are sold separately.
Can it be installed indoors/outdoors?
Yes, the compact size and robust build allow it to be installed in tight spaces and harsh conditions.
Can the unit be painted a different color?
Yes, because we understand the importance of branding when marketing a product, we offer our OEM partners the possibility of customizing our dust collector so that it fits with their corporate branding guidelines. RAL colors, logos, and other brand-related personalization to provide a fully integrated and ready-to-sell solution.
What are the CFM ranges offered?
